I love games like these, but there's no sound. There should be some digital 8-bit sound effects.
Not a bad game, but the player is running in spurts annoyed me for 20 minutes.
Frantically search within randomly generated sewer systems for chests, and ultimately the way out, or otherwise, die an excrutiating death from the massive influx of sewer water. Manipulate floodgates, and use items to improve your chances of survival, but remember, ultimately, you will die.
Floodgate is a randomly generate rogue-esque game. You have one life. Your goal is to survive as long as possible. Enjoy exploring completely random dungeons, and discovering new strategies to the multitude of loot already in the game. I'm posting this game in alpha as I am getting fed up with the development. I really could use some feedback so that I can accurately focus my attention to the important stuff, because currently it's boring me.
Controls:
WASD - Movement
Left Shift - Sprint
Space - Object Interaction
Double-Click - Use items
Single-Click - Manage Inventory
ESC - Pause/Quit
