Apparently, Windows Smart-Screen filter doesn't approve the '.exe' file right now as a "Safe" file to run, only because it hasn't been downloaded much.
Don't worry about this '.exe' game being a virus.

Foxy Run, a game where you 'Foxy' run through Pirate Cove on your way to the Security Office.
