The nations of Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, and Libya has succumbed to riots. The revolution spread to China, and North Korea. The stock market crashes afterwards.

The United Nations steps in to prevent worldwide anarchy. Their new leader orders the United Nations Peacekeepers to take control of ALL the world's nations by force.
