All right how do I start this without sounding like a pretentious a-hole? The game would be good as a standalone, but in my personal opinion, it doesn't work as a gauntlet remake. It doesn't really feel like a gauntlet game. Unlike gauntlet this game is very slow moving. It also doesn't allow you to move diagonally or lock you in place when you fire. It makes the game a lot harder because of you not being able to fire at enemies that are at close range. The sound design could have used a bit more work but at least it's good. It also could have had co-op instead of single player only. But as a stand alone, it was relatively good. The enemies varied and the stages were very maze like, which I liked. So as a gauntlet 4/10. As a stand alone, 6/10
i like the sound and the dungeon atmosphere!!! well done mate very nice game!
its a good game
@TheAfterlifeGames, Zack, and IGL ~ If you loved it so much why didn't you rate it a 4 or a 5 here? O.o

This is my version of the classic TDS Gauntlet...
You play as a Warrior, a Valkyrie, a Wizard or a Ranger through 30 levels of monster mayhem! There are hidden treasure vaults, traps, and reliquaries, as well as a basic stats system to personalise your avatar. Completing the game opens up Champion mode, and for every five levels that you pass there are more entries in the bestiary... Over a year in the making, I hope you enjoy it!
Although this is a stable version, it is possible that some small bugs still persist... So please post with any bugs on the GMC -
