Added a small intro dialogue and kill from papyrus (due to change)

A working item menu! With actual items! no need to use prayers from act menu anymore!

Welcome to Hardmode Papyrus! A create your frisk battle! Currently the game is extremely unfinished, but playable, short battle, no dialogue, the only way to heal is through ACT, you can only heal Twice, In the future, the game will be more polished and have less bugs, with actual dialogue! And maybe a story! As time goes on this description will enlarge and become more polished, but for now this is it!
The game at this state is playable, but is a short battle, no dialogue or story, but that will soon change, in a later update.
I also have no idea if this works for Unitale.
