Once i got into the first TBB i was not expecting much from this game.
because its a overdone feature in rpgs so I've been tired of it for a long time.
despite my first impressions i continued and while a couple things irritated me for the most part i enjoyed the experience.
for classic fans of optional things there are a few challenges to test your teams strength which was pretty cool.
as for the story it revolved around battle mostly so i didn't enjoy it i did like the characters personal areas tho.
it was a nice way to give us information about them without it being too info dump heavy.
Overall
This was a good experience.

there are WAY to many healing items trying to find something is a pain!
there are too many skills
shops in hell should be organized better seprate items from gear
The 3rd crystal area was so freaking frustrating...needing to have a ally be dead to unlock doors and to make matters worse the store doesn't sell a death potion...
i did not enjoy the tower of babel (didn't realize the nuns wont attack you at first and too many floors when i just wanted to be at the final fights)
Jay should not have survived
there probably should of been something to warp back and forth once you reach the final boss. after that tower!

HELLBOUND
In HELLBOUND, the player takes a trip into the lives of four average high school occult fanatics who sell their souls to Lucifer to save the world from angels. It's the end of the world, dude, and Hell will be party time! HELLBOUND has a unique punk rock DIY aesthetic, challenging game play, and great characters that will make you want to play the game from beginning to end. Developed using RPG Maker VX Ace, HELLBOUND pays homage to SNES games like Final Fantasy 2 and 3 (in North America), Chrono Trigger, and Earthbound, while setting itself apart from other games in the genre with its tone and modern day setting. Wizards, spell books, and orchestral soundtracks are cast aside in favor of funky demons, killer pianos, and dance-metal jams!
If you want a fun, sometimes challenging and unique RPG experience, then light a few black candles, turn out the lights, and play some HELLBOUND. If you want to be bored and sad, then play something else.
COOL MUSIC
HELLBOUND features music (used with permission) by punk rock bands Direct Hit!, The Copyrights, as well as music by Boysetsfires' Nathan Gray, Skewed Skies, Malifex, and The Mondales. Other than these songs, the game features an entirely original soundtrack and custom sprites: you wont find any stock music or stock sprites here, unless they're being used tongue-in-cheek.
