The graphics are beautiful. The death animation is wonderful. There really needs to be a nice gunshot sound effect, though. And should there be more of a penalty for drawing early?

Just checked the source and sure enough left shift is evaluated first, so if you are as quick as your friend, you will still have the upper hand :) I'll add it to a bug list and if I get enough feedback, I'll make an update with some fixes.
