I have made a decentralized game with React, Node, Sockets, and Web3. Each player participates with their own screen and needs to have the Chrome Browser with Metamask(set to Ropsten) installed.
Players then choose 15 numbers from 1 to 90 and send their bets to the smart contract. For demonstration purposes, all bets are of 10USD. There is no limit on the number of players that can join the game.
The server then picks random numbers from 1 to 90 one by one and sends it to all the clients. Whichever client's bet numbers are picked first wins all the money.
PS- I also have made a scalable TicTacToe game on Ethereum using state channels. If you are interested in that, please let me know.
