Back in 1948, there was place for kids called Regis. Then in 1967, there was trouble, a Guard died during his shift. So they put all the Regis including the big one, Regigigas, and the 2 of the Regis bulid in 1956, Regieleki and Regidrago in the basement and shut down the place forever.
