THIS IS ABSOLOUTE PEAK
I love how the enemies are designed in this game, so often you'll see FNaF types throw a bunch of disposable enemies you only need to deal with using a single action. And don't get me wrong, games like that still slap, but THIS IS SO MUCH BETTER! I haven't felt this stressed playing a fangame in actual YEARS. Needing to micro manage who attacked first and whenever they did, sitting there with baited breath just waiting and WAITING for them to move, and then immediately bolting to complete all my chores as fast as I could before something else came my way was pure adrenaline. I managed to beat night 3 by the skin of my teeth, running back and forth to feed Venus and praying for the night to end as its hunger drained to the last possible point. There were so many factors to keep track of that made even the quiet moments horrifying to sit through.
The roguelike elements only add to this level of uncertainty and doubt. Maybe you should save up your points for a later night? Maybe you need that single night power up? Isn't it better to buy the permanent ones though? I love that feeling in a game, part of why I used to be addicted to TMN, and it also helps make the game a lot more repayable.
The music was also great, but I doubt I need to go much into that. Bop is physically incapable of not making good music. Also, the in-between night segments were lovely pace breakers! The mini-bosses were also a delightful surprise, and the writing...
I don't want to get too much into this for spoiler reasons, but this game's story and character writing gets so damn good. It needs to be seen to be believed, I'm still a little heartbroken over the ending, AND THIS IS JUST THE DEMO!
Also the Sun Flower is adorable. If something bad happens to her I'm going to cry.

SYNOPSIS
Once upon a time, there was once a witch whose cabin sits atop besides a farm
one day, the farmer visited her cabin for some help. unaware that it would be the catalyst for the tale..
well anyways many many months later you were hired to take care of their cabin full of SENTIENT PLANTS!!
AND equipped with a Personal Artificial Assistant to guide you through your shifts!!! :3
...but for some reason, you can't help but feel a sense of danger lingering around.

The Seed of Danger is a FNaF-like game about silly plants and the absolute extremes of life and death
In Danger's campaign, each night mainly follows an OVERWORLD and a SHIFT section!
along with having certain roguelike aspects as an addition to it
This game is a DEFINITIVE version of an older game i made with the same name
that game being a reimagination of an older game that i worked on with the name 'Roots of Evil'
FYI this game doesn't hold back too much from getting into graphic imagery and heavy topics,
so please be advised if you're sensitive towards that kind of stuff :V
