January 23, 2079, it was that day that everything changed.

While humanity was carefree, what would later be called the cataclysm struck.

A series of natural disasters so sudden and violent that they almost caused our extinction.

Cyclones, earthquakes, tsunamis, sudden drop in temperatures, volcanic eruptions, all these disasters occurred everywhere on the surface of the globe.

In less than a week, the human race was on the brink of extinction, and the few survivors were forced to take this refugee underground.

A year later, hope began to be reborn:

The survivors of the cataclysm began to regroup in the station "New Hope", a vast underground station designed by the government and the army in order to offer a new start to humanity.

But the hope did not last long:

Following the "Cataclysm", new religious currents were created, claiming that it was a form of divine punishment and that humanity should repent.

The number of New Hope believers increased rapidly, and the cult of the cataclysm soon became fanatic, beginning to impose its faith, by force if necessary.

The New Hope government had to put in place a constant military presence in order to avoid a civil war, transforming the underground center into a military dictatorship.

But it was not the worst:

Strange rumors began to circulate:

The residents complained more and more of nightmares, of whispers coming from nowhere, of people who disappeared without a trace.

Rumors began to circulate about an "Inferia Project", an ultra-secret government project, of which New Hope was only a facade.

When the tensions between the people and the power in place are at their height, you wake up to start a new day of work.

But something is wrong ...

The corridors are strangely silent, you don't see anyone around and only your echo responds when you try to call someone.

Where have everyone gone?

You decide to go in search of answers, but this journey may lead you to the deepest depths.
