Any hints from the creator about what it could all mean? Also about the choice to go bilingual... I mostly understood what the Spanish lines said - but should I actually read them with understanding according to the author's intention?

Overall, I found this game nicely minimalistic, intriguing, but not particularly meaningful or satisfying as a whole.

Thank you. Not randomly, it's calculated according to the speed of movement, and only the stroke width is adjusted.
