I luv dis demo su much bby
Hello :v my name is Joseph and I am your game
I think the game is buggy cause after I logged in, suddenly couple trophies are achieved at once BEFORE I do anything to achieve them. I did play it to the end though and managed to get all trophies, in single play that is
Wow, this game is absolutely amazing.
When I first downloaded it, I was thinking: "Will this game be good? Or will it be cow feces?"
It was absolutely beautiful, when I woke up as good ol' Joseph! The graphics are pretty damn good, the sound is just amazing, and the story is getting pretty intense with the funny humour!
10/10, would definitely play again.
P.S.
I am hyped for the next version of Joseph X! Keep up the good work devs!
It says I can't play the game cause I have no "RPGVXAce RTP" :\
You've woken up, ready to get on the computer like you do all day to talk to your buddies online. Surprise, surprise! Your computer has been stolen! You can't remember what happened the long night before but one thing. One of your best buddies, Neil, was responsible for the theft of your computer. Neil has no idea what you're talking about, and tries to prove he is not to blame
Oh yeah, your name is Joseph. Remember that, please.
== OTHER INFO ==
This is a "prequel" of another game a friend of mine is making called Super Neil Brothers. Weird name, huh? Nah, just really cliche. My friend hasn't put up any demos for the game and I don't think he really "does" demos. Ah, well. At least you got this game.. right?
The game is going to be somewhat of a "visual novel", where all you're trying to do is solve tasks in order to move on with the story. The game features most of my friends as it's a tribute to them. Some of the jokes might not be understood because it seems too obvious to be funny and you disregard that it's not trying to be serious, and also because most of these jokes are put in as references for my friends to understand. The maps in this game will be much larger to those than I've made before, mostly because it's better to have a bigger world than a bunch of smaller rooms that make up a big world. Many quests will be done, and many chuckles will be had. I am trying to work with customizing the engine instead of making all the menus look like I forgot to change them from the default look, I really am.
The following demo is JUST a DEMO, don't think I've only finished what's on the demo. I'm actually, believe it or not, almost done with the whole game (half-way maybe?), and there's lots of cool stuff to see. The demo is just to see.. what to expect, if that makes any sense.
F.A.Q
Q: When will the game release?
A: We're trying to have this game finished and released at least this year.
Q: WIll there be a mac port?
A: Nope. Was originally a possibility, but VX Ace games are impossible to port to Mac. Even emulation won't work. Try bootcamp if you want to.
Q: Controller support?
A: Native controller support is a thing! You don't have to set anything up, it will work immediately!
Q: System requirements?
A: The requirements are listed below:
Requirements:
RTP (Run Time Package)
Windows XP+
Processor: Core 2 Duo @ 2.0 GHz
2 GB RAM (the more the better!)
HDD: Enough to have Windows Installed
Overall PC Type: Grandma's Computer
Q: How much $$?
A: Aboslutely free.
