I can't even play it. Everytime I try to open up the game it tells me "The RPG Maker 2003 Runtime Package is not present or not registered." And even on GameJolt it says "Oh no! Could not launch game."
Wait do I see a kick animation for Naruto getting hurt??
i cannot tell you how much i have wanted a naruto rpg maker game. so yeah, I am excited to see what you have to do. However, it seems when I download it says it can't find the rtp but I downloaded the rtp for 2003 and what?

You can create a Shortcut to your desktop if you don't wanna go into the folder
everytime you start the game, but that's optional.
F4 For windowed Mode
