I've recently come across Construct 2 and taught myself (with the use of an amazing tutorial guide) how to make a basic game. This game is only a learning project in order for me to see what I can make with Construct 2.
Health:
The character has only one life. If he gets attacked by a monster he will die. Respawn time takes five seconds. Your score will reset when you die.
Each monster can take up to five shots before dying. Every three seconds a monster will spawn.
Controls:
Up arrow key: to move up
Down arrow key: to move down
Left arrow key: to move left
Right arrow key: to move right
Left mouse click: to shoot
Camera/Perspective:
The character always looks at/faces the cursor. When targetting a monster your cursor must connect with the monster otherwise your bullets won't land.
