Lethal rush was designed in 10 weeks as part of the Ubisoft 2019 Game Lab Competition. The theme was show and the technical challenge was to make a multiplayer online/LAN connection experience with the audience. The game was nominated in two categories: Best user experience and for the audience award.
Lethal Rush is a racing and survival game between two players. The spectators of the game, can impact it by using a mobile application of the game via their tablet or phone.
Participants of the game must go through a series of rooms to pass to the next level. The participant who will survives and reaches the last level, will be crowned winner of the tournament.
Viewers who attend the competition can bet on their favourite champion. By using the Lethal Rush mobile app they can impact the game in many ways. For exemple: They can Increase the danger of certain rooms as well as make bets on the ones where they think participants will die.
