Cute cloud! I included it in a compilation video series of the games from this jam, if you’d like to check it out :)

I feel that there is possibly an idea here to play with - smashing up a city as a storm cloud - however I feel that this is extremely lacking. My storm cloud goes left automatically past the same building, and if I would like, I am able to smash that building with delayed lighting using the space bar whilst some extremely soft music plays, only for that same building to come back replenished three seconds later.
That's it.
I have no idea what the theme for the game jam you submitted is, but if I had to guess it would be 'lack of player feedback'.
But hey, I guess it exists.
My entry to the 2016 Arsenalet Springjam
Stuart the small storm cloud must destroy as much personal property as he possibly can during the advance of a stormfront on an unsuspecting city.
The theme for the jam was "Cheating at Nordic Game Jam", and my solution was just porting a game to Wii U and claim it was a new game. This is naturally a PC build, though.
It's extremely early though right now though!
You can't actually wreck anyone's stuff, or get points yet. All you can do is charge the cloud and release lightning.
