I Mean its a good mod but...
Why are you using the older version?
Baldi's Basics in Low Budget Games is a mod of Baldi's Basics in Education and Learning, the only difference in the two games is this one is very poorly drawn.
Also when you download the game there are extra folders with all my assets in them, I recommend you delete all of them.
What I used to make this:
Photoshop for the textures
and Unity Assets Bundle Extractor to put the textures in the game.
