Sonic.exe Modern Deceit - Demo/Proof of Concept

0/10 game, that one expendable in hill top really pissed me off, -1/10 i cant kill all expendables, -2/10 gay

Just got done playing the demo and i gotta be honest this was a massive let down. I thought there would be a some huge improvements after 2 years but i don't see any of that here.

• Tails and knuckles's sprites switch between modgen modern V1 and V2

• The level design and tiles could use a bunch of work. I had no idea where to go in the hill top chase and thought i found the right path but it just lead to tails dying.

• The water in angel island is purple.

• The BG is the burning angel island level is Cyan

• Knuckles's punch ability is completly useless and has a cooldown with no icon to indicate when it's over

• Eggman's metallic madness level's layout is pretty confusing

• The metal sonic boss has like almost no feedback for actually doing damage

• The wing fortress level sucks really. I died like twice despite doing the same thing AKA running back and foward pressing X. It felt like luck.

• Why do the characters just die anyways at the end?

Honestly really hope stuff gets improved cause i don't wanna be mean but this isn't 2 years of wait content

act 2 instructions unclear, arkados murdered my whole family

I actually really liked this game, love Classic's inclusion and how chill the EXE is lol, also love how Tails doesn't immediately freak out and fights back. Can't wait to see where this goes man, great job!

Arkados killed me :(
