Monsters had always been a problem for humanity, scaring people, hiding under beds, and generally being a public menace.
We had always thought that they didn't deserve equal treatment. But ever since the MRM (monster rights movement) in 1987, humanity realized the error of it's ways. Now they live beside us. Working, shopping, and generally minding their own business.
They also seem to rack up a lot of unpaid debt. This is where you come in.
You're name is J. Furgeson. You are a special agent for the M.R.B., an agency dedicated to repossessing the loaned and leased items monsters.
It's your job to take back what's rightfully owned. Clients will call you with missions. In these missions, you will travel to a monster's living space and attempt to repossess whatever the client asks for.
