Just want to say I may get back into mugen again. Aside from focusing on creating a Minecraft Texture Pack I am now also trying to learn how to code a Mugen Character. I have a program to draw them. So maybe in the future I will create a purely custom Mugen. Wish me luck Haha.
Sadly this has not worked out, I tried learning but tutorials are outdated, forums related to mugens are pretty much dead and forgotten. I am now just messing around with mods for Starbound and that works so yeah, there is that.

What system is this for? It just has a question mark. I'm looking for games that will run on android.

This is a simple Mugen game for fun and enjoyment. It is a Mugen war with characters from games such as Capcom, Marvel, DC, and titles you may know such as Mortal Kombat, X-Men, Street Fighter, Spider Man, Bat Man, Super Man, and many more.
I am trying to add quite a few characters and stages as this is a war and for each stage I am making custom beats for them with FL Studio because I tried many other sites that just tried to cheat me.
I've only been doing this for about three days now and added around 30 characters and about 12 stages and plan to add waaay more after I'm done making the custom beats.
I have completed the main menu beats there are I think three more beats I have to make before working on the stage beats. Hope you like it!
Right now it is just swumprat and I testing each character/stage making sure no one is overpower everything is blanace and or realistic as in the huge guy three times your size is not going go down in one hit or the super fast dude will not rip you apart in few seconds of the match.
WARNING: Before playing music turn down your volume as it is practicly techno and intrumental, it will be quite loud.

Delays and Issues
Well fl studio just destroyed the next track losing about three hours of manually adding notes so will not be adding a track today as I now have to start over from scratch again.
