Interesting concept, but one thing did bother me. It took a bit getting used to, not being able to pocket the ball at any speed. I had to slow it down, and that usually cost me a couple of extra turns. Other than that, I thought it was great. 3/5

I played it and liked it overall. A few quick thoughts: It's a little tricky to aim and set the power using the mouse. Maybe that should be a two step process: first you aim, that gets locked in when you release the mouse button, then you set the power, and when you release the mouse button, the ball goes. Just a thought. Also, to make it more game like, maybe there should be a set number of turns for each level, and if you exceed that number, you have to try again. I was confused by the stars that appear on the menu, I wasn't sure if that was showing how difficult the next level is, or whether that was showing how well I did on the last level. I also think maybe there should be more obstacles. Overall this was interesting, something different, and promising!
