Killing an enemy could be a little more pronounced. Some kind of sound effect and blink/screen shake maybe?

I have issues with graphics. This is how it looks like on my machine:

I ran the game on Windows 7 with an Intel Graphics Card (on board), which supports only Shader Model 2. Maybe this is the problem?
A rather complete and quite solid arcade game, had true fun shooting those squares. As far as I can tell, it would be even better with some sound effects that actually tell that you're hitting/you've killed something. Oh, the first powerup is the most satisfying weapon of all time! Very well done!

Neon Danger is a fun, challenging game.
Your goal is to survive as many waves of enemies as you can.
You can defeat the enemies by shooting at them.
But pay attention: DON’T TOUCH THE ENEMIES! Or you’ll lose a lot of HP.
Need some extra help? Then there are the POWERUPS!
These help you to get through a difficult wave.
Try to get the highest score to get in the online leaderboards!
