Crashing every time on Windows 8.1 after few seconds, even in Win7 & WinXP compatibility mode.

as said... the game is in early development. i just grabbed some midis and threw them in there. If you want you can help me find suitable midis but im mostly working on the coding and sprites. sounds arent a priority right now. by release 3.9 i will have proper sounds ;)
