Welcome back, doctor. It's been a long time since your last operation. Yeah, yeah, I know: you've been busy with all this corporation stuff. I'm not judging you, though. Glad, you've come back.
Your mission is to fix neural circuits of people's brain implants. They are not so stable, mostly because we have this damned Civil War all around us, so we just can't afford better implants or circuit elements.
And, doctor, don't expect an easy-cheesy time, circuits are VERY complicated and VERY dangerous, so measure thrice and cut once. Good luck, you'll need it.
