Storyshift is an Undertale AU created by Voltra. I'm (Noobiq) creating my version of this fangame. I added my other swaps too.

Boogie replaces Flowey.
Papyrus replaces Toriel.
Alphys replaces Napstablook.
Goner Kid replaces Dummy.
Chara replaces Sans.
Asriel replaces Papyrus.
Toriel replaces Undyne.
MK replaces Mad Dummy.
Flowey replaces Annoying Dog.
Asgore replaces Alphys.
Undyne replaces Mettaton.
Sans replaces Asgore.
Napstablook replaces Asriel.
Mettaton replaces Chara.
Dummy replaces Grillby.
Mad Mew Mew replaces Muffet.
Muffet replaces MK.
Grillby replaces Goner Kid.
Dogamy and Dogaressa replaces Bratti and Catti.
Nice Cream Guy replaces Mad Mew Mew.
Greater dog replaces Tem.
Other enemies are not replaced.

Mettaton's name changes to Mettastrike.
New and old endings.
Lesser enemies changes only location, character and look.
Amalgamates are now made of "parts" of various monsters.

I respect your opinion, but I just wanted to introduce a couple of new swaps so that not only the main characters would have them. I think it will add charm to the game.
