An Odd Request

One day, an estranged friend of yours contacts you, desperately pleading for help. She needs your help to perform an occult ritual, and her motives seem dubious. Whether you decide to help her or not will send you tumbling down a path where your ultimate destination lies in the unknown. But one thing is known for sure: your choices in this game may send you down a dark path, and the horror that lies beyond is unimaginable. Solve the puzzles, uncover the clues, survive the nightmare.

This is a short text-based game that uses a simple multiple choice input format to make it easy to figure out what all of your options are in a given situation. It uses branching dialogue much like in RPG's and also contains adventure and puzzles, reminiscent of classic survival horror games. It's a simple game I designed and wrote solely in Python as a means of practicing my coding and game design skills.

Quick note: Game does not currently run from the Gamejolt client, it must be downloaded and run directly from the .exe file. This is a problem I am actively looking into.
