Cool game. It was a bit easy, and I am not sure at all if there is something looking for you out there while you are eating burgers and drinking soda. But I liked how you used the theme here, it was an interesting idea :)
By the way, this is a bit of spam, but we have an entry too if you want to take a look. Thank you! http://gamejolt.com/games/broken/178647
Really interesting take on the theme! I included it in my Meatly Jam 2016 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/PA6q-S5wWcA
i hope you enjoy the video & the game well my reaction said it all
On Linux, the standalone downloads the Windows build, even though it's tagged with a Linux version. Is there something wrong with the way it's configured? The Unity WebGL version available with Quick Play works though, but it's slow to start, and a standalone would be preferable.
I think I consumed every hamburgers and sodas. Is there a game ending I missed?
This is our entry for the #meatlyjam
Due to work, life, and logistical problems, we had very little time to work on this. Though I like how it turned out, its not really about that -- we had fun making it!
Anyway, the point of the game is to collect soda, and burgers. The hidden evil (theme of the Jam) (SPOILER)
is the soda and burgers. Its meant to represent fast food. People often don't thin twice about eating it, but it is a hidden evil. Slowly killing all its users.
This game was actually really fun to make. The best part was watching my friend devour a piece of bread
