Operation Overlord

This day was like any other. Normal, innocent, oblivious...fun. The sun was out, birds were chirping, and life was good. The thing is, you don’t realize how lucky you are ‘till you don’t have any luck to spare. That was the day I ran out. I came home to discover a notice I had received. The military seal headed a sea of words. As if I had dyslexia, I could not comprehend it, or maybe I just didn’t want to. Either way, I knew what it said. I can’t truly say fear didn’t course throughout my veins. Of course everyone wants to serve their country, but few are willing to die for it. I wasn’t a feeble, or afraid child. I carried on, looked for the optimism in my inevitable death. Whatever happened to me, my country would succeed a bit more with my effort. If I could protect my family, it would be worth it. With an indomitable will to protect my family and to help my country I marched towards the battlefield. Suffice to say, I was not prepared to face what awaited me.
My name is Bo Johnson... This is my story.

You are Bo Johnson, a soldier drafted into the military to fight in World War 2. You’ll fight battles against the Germans. You are put up against Shot gunners, Machine Gunners, Snipers, and Rifleman. Each one has its own unique moving, and shooting style. Luckily, you are given tools to fight back. You start off with a pistol each level, and are capable of picking up any of the many weapons on the ground. There are sub-machine guns, shotguns, rpg’s, grenades, and snipers. Each of these also have unique characteristics. Your goal is to make it to the top of the level, and destroy the turrets guarding the door. Once you do so, you can move on to the next area. If you die, you will restart the entire level. There are two pick ups to help you on the way. There is the ammo pack, and health pack. If you run out of ammo, you can always just chuck your gun at someone to kill them instantly. This only works on the regular soldiers though. It doesn't work on the bosses. The bosses include the turrets, the juggernaut, and ultimately Hitler. Once you beat Hitler, you win the game.

“W, A, S, D” moves Bo up, down, left, and right. “Left click” will fire the gun you are holding at the moment. “Right click” will throw the gun, and if you are standing over another, it will switch them out. Pressing “K” will save the game. Press “Esc” to return to the menu.
