Phil Swift in Ultimate Custom Night (mod)

This mod for Ultimate Custom Night adds Phil Swift. Phil Smith won't saw you in half. Instead, he just wants to advertise Flex Tape products! Press the skip button or enter to close out his ads. Steps to download mod:
1) Install Texmod: https://www.fileplanet.com/205418/download/Texmod-v0.9b
2) Open the app
3) Select "Package Mode"
4) Below "Target Application" select the folder icon, find the UCN folders on your computer, and select them
5)Select the folder icon next to "Package Name" and find PhilSwift.tpf
6)Select PhilSwift.tpf on the list of mods, and click run
