Phobanoia

Storyline:

Think back to your childhood. The days of mindless fear and internal conflict. Now, imagine that you're stuck inside your worst nightmare, and forced to overcome your fears in order to escape. Exposed to your most intense fears, you're forced into a dream-like coma where your greatest fears are embodied. If you do not triumph over your own demons, you will perish in nightmare. In Phobanoia you play as a boy.

Strategy:

Find the flashlight quickly and shine it at enemies to kill them.

Killing enemies gives you confidence, and getting hit by enemies lowers your confidence.

To progress to the next level you must defeat 10 enemies.

It is also helpful to collect the various powerups distributed throughout the stage. These include:

Batteries: give your flashlight power

Pink Vitamin: makes your jump higher

Green Vitamin: makes you faster

Blue Vitamin: drops a bomb because it tastes terrible
