It's really very difficult in the beginning, but I watched a "let's play" and I think if you managed somehow to get 20 or more followers the difficult level falls.
The controls, especially aiming in battle, should be revised. I hope there'll be a complete version someday!

Once upon a time in a land far away, in a village full of only men, the people had heard of another land over the vast seas, where everyone is as rich as the fattest of the politicians, a land called Europe! So they decided they want some of those riches for themselves. So gathering a handful of the most experienced warriors they set sails! And this is where your adventure begins - Pillagers!
Pillage a large part of Europe, and destroy 9 capitals!

The game was made in around 2 weeks for a latvian game jam! Though development on it will continue!
