Papa Piero's Pizza Panic is a game where you deliver pizza while you are hunted down by the mafia. You don't owe money, you've never even dealt with them. Your hit is a complete mystery.
The aim of the game is to deliver pizzas before they get cold and to defend yourself from the mafia. You can use items you find around town to your advantage and get yourself through the first week on the job.
