hi nice game, definately good controls,graphics and monsters. bug report here, gamemaker is crashing from too many samples playing, or from reloading the .wav. I don't exactly know. it quite literally went nuts on level 3 like a gattling gun then crashed. windows 10 btw. otherwise i'd play it through.
I liked the game till i realized you died in one hit. Cool concept, well designed, but uhhh. As far as gameplay goes, its shit. Why does the tanky character die as fast as the stealth character? Why do you die in one hit? You really expect people to even want to beat the game? Idk this is probs my personal opinion, but the one hit mechanic is total B.S. I like the game, but holy fuck I am ever playing it again. Never. 3/5
Great game! I love the concept of it!
Anteros, Earth's first fully functioning colony on Mars, has been infected by an alien entity codenamed "Echidna," which was banished from the galaxy after two previous failed invasions. Echidna intends to hitch a ride back to earth using the Anteros radio waves. Humanity's only hope: a suicide mission to mars, starring certified lunatics Ollie and Jayla -- the only two humans ever to face Echidna and live.

I must be the most scatterbrained idiot this side of indie games. Not only did I forget to put the music credits in the readme file, I got one of their names completely wrong. Please grab the latest download.

Update! Fixed a bug where powerup timers continued to tick away even while the game was paused. Re-download for the latest version.
