A puzzle platformer about the sweet embrace of death.
Some time ago, I had the idea of death not being a permanent consequence, but a stepping stone for solving puzzles, and I channeled this into a game called [Respawn]. That project ended up being more irritating than I expected, and I wanted to try rebooting the general concept into a new game with more time and effort put into it. That game became [Revive], which made its debut online in 2013.
When I started working on this project, I'd played Portal beforehand, loved it, and was consciously influenced by its puzzle design but unconsciously copying its plot and setting. I felt it necessary to change a few things once I realized the story similarities; the parallels to Portal are still quite obvious, but not as much as they were at first!
