to connect your account (playing on stream is not recommanded), once the game starts, click the flag on the top left corner of the screen and then enter your username, then your token, once you do that, you should be able to get achievements AND scores to work.

This is the executable file version, your pc might see it as a virus or danger, it isn't compared to fnaf maker, also trophies unavailable until someone helps me with how this works because i spent a whole night into this and can't find any way for this to work at any point, if this works for you, good for you, but as for me it doesn't.
