-timmy is playable, unlike the other games
-time travel

current hardware requirements: very high spec gaming pc (not final)
upcoming hardware minimum requirements: the usual laptop (not final)

Possible Story
Rolty and Timmy revisit the facility again, but with time travel now. The computer virus behind Steel Rolty's evil will start messing with time a little, and Rolty needs to use time travel to save reality

(decided not to use tile-based parallax cuz this time im being careful about performance (rc2 was unintentionally very laggy))
