Shadow Chamber: 1993

In the City of Earth, the only real places for safety and order exist within Megabuildings; monolithic structures that can house up to 100,000 registered citizens. They elect 13 representatives to  oversee and maintain the municipal structures of that building; this form of council is called a Shadow Chamber. 

This is a game about cyberpunk politics, but with the narrative theme being "positive change is possible!" It's about the least cynical politician to ever exist in the most cynical governing system imaginable.

This is just a demo, I'll probably work more on this. It's one of those projects where you get at the beach and then it just festers in the back of your mind for the next two years.
