A business called REXCORP from an unknown country and multiple illegal groups have been stealing resources and destroying things without permission. Later, they anonymously produce a lethal drug and sneak it into pharmacies, causing many deaths around the world. When someone found out, their entire city was bombed by exclusive planes/weapons manufactured by the same people. Sean, a New York criminal, puts his antics on hold. It is too risky to go by himself. He is encountered by 3 other people who are also ex-outlaws and they get the idea to stop the businesses. To do this, they go from jumping from ledges to attacking other criminals and even do things like steal governmental weapons and vehicles. Will they be able to stop the world from shattering?
