In court, Ethan explained his backstory, but parents of 3 students didn't care and brutally beat him to death together.

The police called the ambulance while putting the body in a body bag and the ambulance arrived, inside the ambulance van, when the police opened the bag, the inside of the bag looked nothing like Ethan, He became the monster that you see in the game, Ethan woke up and saw the police that were about to take care of Ethan, the police took out their weapons and started shooting but Ethan attacked everyone in the van and he escaped
