Something that can be reviewed and shared with others. Its contents may wear away over time, but whatever was once recorded shall be permanently written. Though...
The only way to remove the contents of one's slate is to destroy it completely, damage it to such a degree that it will become impossible for even the owner to know what was once written, reduce it to such a state that its content shall be lost forever.
Take part in a story being told to the narrator by its characters and save their world from complete devastation.
SLATE is a comedy horror game about a mysterious character waking up and adapting to the people living in the world fabricated around them while surviving the horrors that reside alongside them the entire way.
Don't judge a book by it's cover. The title may seem simplistic, but the contents that lay within...

This is only a (very short) demo, another half is to be coming soon.
This demo is around 6 - 40 minutes long. (Note: This is not taking the multiple different endings into effect. The demo may be a 6 minute speedrun or a 40 minute playthrough if most or all NPCs are interacted with and the To Be Continued ending is achieved. Being that there are 5 unique endings, this game's playtime worth may be around over an hour if all content is milked from the game.)

If you do NOT own a copy of or have RPG Maker VX Ace installed on your computer, you may get an error claiming that the RPG Maker RTP is required to run the game.

If you DO own a copy of RPG Maker VX ACE and have it currently installed, you should be able to play this game no problem! If you somehow still get the RTP error, simply run a playtest on an existing game and close it. This should get the RTP all warmed up and make it so that you can now play the game!
