Slender - The Cursed Forest

NOTE
This game is better played with friends, maybe 4, because it's a huge map, so when you are playing with friends, it's more fun.
But of course the solo is as good as the multiplayer, it's just you could find it boring because of the hugeness of the map :/

If you want to play directly in this page with the Unity Web Player, please right click in the player, and make it fullscreen. An horror game must be played in fullscreen, and headphones. :)

But I recommand you to download it and play it from the standalone executable because when you go fullscreen in the web player, it don't take your native resolution, so the game will look a bit blurry and pixelated, and you can't change the game's graphics, so by default when you play in the browser, it will be in the 'Fastest' mode

Slender - The cursed forest is a free horror game inspired of Slender.

So about the story, hum... It's a slender game, so basically you have to find 11 pages in a big forest. In this forest, you can found many buildings, like a church, an astronomy site, a radio station, an abandonned house etc...
It's a huge forest to increase difficulty, make it more realistic and increase the game's duration. So if you feel that you are turning around (it will be the case), you have to remind you that you're in a forest, and it's normal. :)

It's my very very first 3D game, it was made with Unity. I decided to publish this "test" game because my friends told me that it was very fun and scary to play it. It was written in C#, and don't forget, it's my first game ever, so I hope it will be fun and scary to play !

The game support multiplayer, you can play as many as you want, but 4 is strongly recommended, because of the lag.
If you want to play with friends, one of you have to host the game. For the host, you have to port-forward your port (check Google how to do it, it depends of your Internet Provider) to the 25565 port (the same as Minecraft). And check if the program is not blocked by the firewall, most hosts problems come from here.
Once you did that, go check your IP address with a website like this (http://www.whatismyip.com/), and give it to your friends. Then, you go in Multiplayer > Host, and you wait for your friends' connection.

You have a camera, and you can find batteries in the map. The thing here is that the batteries don't respawn. So it adds a more realistic feeling, and if you play in multiplayer, you can drop your batteries to lend them

I'm not good with UI stuff so it's a very basic UI, sorry :(, and sorry if I made mistake in writings this description, I'm french.
