! WARNING - THE GAME IS CURRENTLY IN OPEN ALPHA !

Deeply inspired by the classic RTS gameĀ Red Alert,Ā Small ForcesĀ is a retro-styled real time strategy game for single players.

The current status of the game isĀ OPEN ALPHA. No tutorial is provided yet.

JOIN THE COMMUNITYĀ - You can help the developers making the game better while playing and giving your feedback anywhere on the main social networks or you can directly join the active discord server (where we also stream the developing process).

The skirmish mode is going to be ALWAYS free as it stands for a nice and complete DEMO version of the game. The CAMPAIGN mode will be the only purchasable game mode.

THE GAME

Completely playable on your desktop without installation, Small Forces is intuitive and yet original. You can use only your mouse but there are already many keyboard shortcuts that can help the player to have a faster control on the screen. The main left click/right click mechanic for selecting/moving troops in useful for people with familiar knowledge of RTS game, but remember that you need to flag enemies as "hostile" so that your units performs an attack on sight by left-clicking on them.

Other key shortcuts are:

  • SPACE - open/close the deploy tab.

  • A/Q - select all the allied units;

  • E - mark all the enemies units as "hostile";

  • Function keys - deploy the correspondent unit, if available;

  • P - pause the game;

  • ESC - surrender;

  • F - full screen;

  • I - show/hide mission infos;

  • Mouse wheel: zoom in and out;

  • Functions keys: deploy unit [working: F1, F2, F3].

Landmines update: deadly for all units (infantry and vehicles). Use the mechanic to defuse the mines.

You can now "train" enemies Anti-Tank mines for the skirmish mode!

Harmless for the infantry, deadly for the vehicles. Use a mechanic to dismantle them and gain some funds.
