The classic first Super Mario Bros game new and improved for Sega Genesis!
After countless years saving the princess over and over and over and over and over and over, the same old story about a heroic plumber protecting his kingdom never seem to end! Until now, all of this is about to change, for better or for worse!
Time is running out somewhere for the kingdom and nobody in town but only the princess knows of a plan that will soon change the fate of the entire kingdom if this silly never ending fairy tale keeps up. Not even the king would know about this! Despite he had a higher rulership than his not-so-good daughter who secretly wanted the whole kingdom for herself!
Now who is Mario going to save this time? The mushroom kingdom or HIMSELF?! Eitherway, things haven't look up well for Bowser, now he became Peach's servant! When the king gets poisoned by one of Peach's minions, people in town began to vote for Peach who will soon take over the king's position as queen and Bowser gets drugged by one of her other minions, causing him to kidnapped the soon to be evil queen on purpose to lure Mario into serious trouble that could cost him a 1up!
Once Mario learned about the new going on's in his town, he decided to call up his buddies Luigi, Toad, Yoshi, Wario, and 3 new friends a wizard, Kelly the Flower, and Shell Walker to join Mario!
Will this be the final adventure for Mario? Will he ever STOP saving the princess when he realized the true dangers of his home kingdom? Will Mario ever get a chance to sit down and eat his spaghetti and have a real happy ever after to his long running story?
