Snecc

Snecc is the devilishly tricky and addicting arcade puzzle game where you, the snake, must eat the dots and grow larger! Sounds easy, but the fiendish ghosts will stop at nothing to hunt you down with their spooky ways; they'll stop you in your tracks should you collide head-on, and they can even possess part of your snake into a new enemy snake too! Avoid the enemies and eat the dots while collecting shields to ward off your foes.

Features:

• Multiple enemy types with unique tricks up their ghostly sleeves

• 'Tough but fair' gameplay with a sprinkling of randomness to ensure no two rounds are the same

• (Probably) infinite difficulty levels

• 5 different arenas and a level editor to allow you to make your own

• Local and online multiplayer with different modes; challenge or join your friends!

• High scores because everyone loves high scores (though sadly not online)

Controls:

• WASD/Arrows to move

• Enter/space to select a menu option

• Escape to quit to menu

• Alt+Enter to toggle fullscreen

• Number keys to choose tile type (level editor)

• Ctrl+S to save map (level editor)

• Ctrl+X to clear map (level editor)

Advice:

• Get longer by eating dots

• Shields temporarily freeze your length and make yourself invulnerable to enemies.

• Shields are worn down by dots and slowly over time

• Charge shows how close you are to growing

• You die if you run into yourself or an enemy

• If you have a shield and an enemy runs into you, it dies

• If a ghost runs into your tail, it will split into a new enemy snake!

• You can't stop moving unless you hit a wall
