Snowcone is the story of a young snowman who is the only one powerful enough to save the world from the Darkest. Join Snowcone as you collect snowflakes for an unlikely entity.

STORY

Winter. The final season of the year. Everyone is filled with joy as Christmas quickly approaches. However, one of the most interesting things about Winter is the snow. The blanket of white covering the dry earth is both hated and beloved by many, however, although all snowflakes seem the same, there is one that is different. The Darkest.

The Darkest is a snowflake that is almost completely dark in appearance and personality. It might seem unusual, however, there is a reason.

The Darkest was always the same on the outside, however, inside lived the nicest snowflake on Earth, however, also being the only sentient snowflake(besides his brother, who we will get into later), he realized he needed to get somewhere in life. He found a hobby in Science & Engineering and built a body for himself.

He tried to show people his work in the hopes that he would get discovered, but everyone avoided him due to his unusual appearance and due to the fact that he was a talking snowflake. Every since that day, this entity would be known as The Darkest.

The Darkest planned and planned to get revenge on the humans, and he succeeded in planning.

He wanted to unleash the worst polar vortex on Earth. If anyone tried to stop him, they would be captured by his dastardly minions.

The only problem he had faced was the battery. He needed 4 snowflake shards to power his machine. He set out to find the shards, and he's getting close.

Now, let's look back at his brother, The Lightest. Unlike his rude and mean brother, he was kind and was always ready to help. He was pulled into his brother's plans, but left to find someone capable of stopping him. Luckily, The Lightest was given a snowflake shard tracking device that was going to help him if he stayed with his brother. All he needed was a snow-being capable of beating him to the shards.

Snowcone, a young snowman, discovers The Lightest panicking. The Lightest explains the story, and asks Snowcone if he is willing to help find the shards. Snowcone accepts, and sets off to save the world.

Snowcone

Snowcone is a young snowman whose job it is to collect 4 snowflake shards to stop The Darkest. He dawns three colored buttons, stick-eyes, and a red Santa hat. He is very kind, however, he can be very powerful too, so watch out!

The Darkest

The Darkest is an evil being. He is the scheming villain of the story. No matter what happens, he will make sure that humanity has payed for their acts of discrimination.

GAMEPLAY

Snowcone is planned to play like a 2D-platformer, but with open-world aspects to keep the game interesting and original. Like other collectathons, you need to get the collectibles scattered across the different worlds. You must also avoid the snow-beings that The Darkest sends out so you don't anger him.
