Sonic and the Dark Matter is a sequel to Sonic Madness! Sonic and the Dark Matter is a Sonic fangame by JDGamingProductions and Arrow Systems, in which is a sequel to the previously made fangame Sonic Madness.
STORY
This story takes place 3 years after Sonic Madness. Eggman has broken the Scepter of Darkness, releasing Mephiles, who was the villain of Sonic ‘06. The reason for his return is that a bit of his consciousness is inside the Scepter of Darkness’ realm, the Dark Realm, where the game takes place in.
