Eh, it's alright. Lacking in depth, it's a decent project.
Music and SFX are okay, but not spectacular.
I feel like you're limiting yourself by using a circle as a playing field, instead of a 2D plane; the outside of a circle is 1D. There's an entire dimension of gameplay you're simply not utilizing at the moment.
You need to think outside the circle, if you want to make something more engaging with depth of mechanics. Try taking a look at other endless runners for some insight and inspiration.
Make your next project with this in mind, and it'll be quite better.

This has to be made into an app for Apple and Samsung, this'd be as popular as Flappy Bird if given the chance!
