Nice idea i may have something for you, i imagined if you add some creators (enemy's) that want to eat the egg before it turn into full squid and you must protected by bouncing it around i mean the egg. and the goal is the have a numbered population and make different lvl.
Cool mechanic in terms f estetics and gameplay goes
SQUID LIFE!
Not really a game, just a little test that turned into a fun little baby making simulator. You are Papa Squid (white) and live with Mama Squid (red). Your job is to impregnate her and insure that your genes are passed on to future generations.
Shift = Shoot eggs
Left & Right = Rotate
Up = Thrust forward
R = Restart
