Steve RPG is an RPG Maker VX Ace game where you play as Minecraft Steve. One day, Steve encounters a villager named Purble Drank - his drank is also purble - and takes a swig of his drank. Unfortunately, due to... methods--the drank was unstable, and Steve wakes up to finding his most prized possession, an unnamed sword made out of an unnamed material, gone to the wind! This sparks Steve to destroy villagers and their villages.
STEVE RPG IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH MICROSOFT OR MOJANG. THIS GAME WILL BE COMPLETELY FREE TO ACCOMMODATE FOR THAT. IF YOU HAD TO PAY FOR IT AT ANY POINT, YOU GOT SCAMMED.
2.0.6 is out now!
Steve RPG builds 2.0.4 and 2.0.5 have been uploaded! The changelog included in the download lists the updates made to both versions.
I have also decided to reupload 1.0! It is a slightly edited version of 1.0.1 which I appropriately named to 1.0.2.
A big update is releasing on Christmas Day at 12:00 A.M. EST! Headliners:
-New soundtrack! At the start of a game you can choose remade or VX Ace soundtrack.
-Hardcore mode overhaul!
-A LOT of overworld changes and bug fixes!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR 100 DOWNLOADS! I'll be adding some small stuff to the game to celebrate, including a new splash text that, in fact, points out that I do, in fact, now have 100 downloads for my game.
2.0 IS NOW COMPLETE! The build is going up tomorrow at 12 P.M. EST. The game is now in the "complete/stable" status because of this. The only thing left for this game from here on out is bug fixes/miniscule changes to dialogue or mechanics.
2Published 1.1.3, it fixes the Game Jolt trophy issues from before. Also establishing that I will upload every build in the future as a zip file so you don't have to run an executable whilst Windows is screaming at you that it's a virus.

1Soundtrack was added a while ago, I'm sure you noticed. Just added some new songs, tracks 37 (All Angels Go to Hell) and 38 (the... car song) are in rough draft form, but depending on how I feel they might be final (or slightly touched up in the future).
1Unfortunately, I have to remove the demo and release build versions of Steve RPG. I like when people have options, but because of legal concerns with my character I am only going to be editing 1.1 and I don't want any public version of him in the game.
